![]() ![]() ![]() I realize that this is not the answer you were looking for. I think the only way to do this is to delete the original module and build the new module. So the input (output) wires would be in different locations for each configuration. The module is built based on how the physical device is built. Think of this way, the 16 point Input module from Allen Bradley is configured differently than the one from Automation Direct. That is why you are unable to find the PLC module to swap out. Each PLC module is built on the fly based on a set of parameters stored in the database. I think if I was starting over again, I would take the week long training course to get a jumpstart on how best to use the software.Īs far as your PLC build, using PLC Modules is the parametric build. I did not pay for the service but it took me many months of trial and error to teach myself how to properly use the software. The vendor wants you (as a customer) to pay for the training that they provide. For example, AutoCadE 'out of the box' does not have a 1763-L16AWA Micrologix 1100 card. There is a support line but it will cost you. if not, is there anyone who knows where to get Drives libraries or schematic parts Such as Allen Bradley Powerflex 70, etc. ![]()
